Who we are
Marsolab FZ-LLC (“Marsolab”, “we”, “us”) is a software and AI consulting company based in Dubai, UAE. We are the data controller for personal data processed through this website and in the course of our client engagements. Questions? Reach us at [email protected].
Data we collect
We collect only what we need to respond to you and run our business:
- Contact details you give us — name, email, company and the message you send through our contact form or by email.
- Project information you choose to share when scoping work with us.
- Usage data — basic, privacy-respecting analytics about how this site is used (pages viewed, approximate region). See our Cookie Policy.
- Correspondence — records of our communications so we can follow up properly.
How we use it
We use personal data to respond to enquiries, deliver and improve our services, meet legal and accounting obligations, and — only with your consent — send occasional updates. We do not sell your data, and we do not use the personal data you share with us to train machine-learning models.
Legal bases
Where UAE and applicable international data-protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on your consent (e.g. marketing), the performance of a contract (delivering work you’ve asked for), our legitimate interests (running and securing our business), and legal obligation where the law compels us.
Client data & AI work
When we build agents or software, we may process data on your behalf as a processor under a separate agreement. In that role we act on your documented instructions, apply access controls and audit logging, and return or delete the data at the end of the engagement. We do not reuse client data for any other client or to train general-purpose models.
Sharing & processors
We share data only with vetted service providers who help us operate — hosting, email, analytics and model providers — under contracts that require them to protect it. We may disclose data where required by law. We never sell it.
International transfers
We operate from the UAE and work with clients and providers globally, so data may be processed outside your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) to keep it protected.
Retention
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as required for legal and accounting reasons — then we delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data that doesn’t become a project is routinely cleared.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email [email protected] and we’ll respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures — encryption in transit, access controls, least-privilege and logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we take protecting your data seriously and review our practices regularly.
Changes & contact
We may update this policy as our services or the law evolve; material changes will be reflected in the “Effective” date above. For any privacy question, contact [email protected].
